Bonus Terms

Here are the general bonus and promotion terms for BigWinCity.ag. Each bonus and promotion offered by BigWinCity has its own terms and conditions that each player must also be familiar with and follow. The User acknowledges and agrees that these terms, along with the general BigWinCity Terms and Conditions must be followed collectively, and together they constitute the full terms governing the use of the Company's bonuses and promotions. The User further understands that compliance with the Privacy Policy, and EULA is mandatory for the use of the Company's offerings.

Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the specified criteria.
Players must be of legal age as determined by the jurisdiction they reside in.
If a player has chosen to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that any applicable playthrough requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failing to meet the playthrough requirements will result in the denial of a withdrawal request.
If one of the accounts in your household, or family has a bonus restriction, then the same restrictions apply to any other accounts as well.
Live dealer games are only played using real money balance. No-deposit bonuses or other bonuses cannot be used to play live dealer games.
Deposit bonuses cannot be combined with other deposit bonuses. Players are only allowed one deposit bonus in play at any time. If a player has somehow redeemed multiple deposit bonuses, both bonuses and winnings will be voided and original deposit returned to the account.
A player may not redeem a deposit bonus while a withdrawal is pending.
If not specified in the individual bonus terms, all bonuses are non-cashable, meaning they cannot be withdrawn. The amount of the bonus will be deducted from the winnings at the point of withdrawal.
The general minimum deposit for bonuses is the equivalent of £ € $ 25.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the deposit and bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements may vary depending on the type of bonus, games played and the specific promotion.
Some games may contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirements. A list of game contributions will be provided.
To redeem a deposit bonus, a player must first make a deposit. After the deposit, the player will be presented with bonuses that are available to him or her. If no bonuses are presented, the player may check the availability of bonuses by searching for that bonus’s code on the Bonus page in the cashier. If no bonuses are presented, the player may not be eligible to receive bonuses at Big Win City. If a player plays with a non-eligible bonus, winnings will be voided.
It's the player's responsibility to contact customer support for help in redeeming said bonus if they are unable to do so for any reason. Once the player starts wagering the deposit, he or she forfeits their right to claim a deposit bonus.
Wagers placed in table games (such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker and Baccarat), jackpot games , and specialty games are not allowed with no deposit bonuses (unless specifically stated otherwise). Wagering on these games does not count towards meeting the wagering requirements and any winnings will be voided.

Each bonus has its own unique terms and conditions. However, in the absence of individual bonus terms, the following default wagering requirements apply:

Deposit Bonuses – advertised bonuses generally apply only to slots play
- 100% or below – 40x the sum of deposit and bonus wagering on slots.
  - An example of this is: a Player deposits $50.00 and redeems a 100% slots only bonus that needs 40X playthrough on slots only. In the case of this example slots bonus, the player must wager the sum of their deposit ($50.00) and their bonus ($50.00) 40X on Slots. What this means is the Player must wager $100.00 X 40 = $4,000.00 on slot games before requesting a withdrawal from their account.
- Bonuses over 100% - Sticky bonus - 40x the sum of deposit and bonus wagering on slots. The bonus amount is not cashable and cannot be withdrawn. If a player wagers on other games, the wagering requirement increases to 60x.
  - An example of this: a Player deposits $50.00 and redeems a 150% slots only sticky bonus that needs 40X playthrough on slots only. In the case of this example slots bonus, the player must wager the sum of their deposit ($50.00) plus the sum of their bonus ($75.00) 40X on Slots. What this means is the Player must wager $125.00 X 40 = $5,000.00 on slot games before requesting a withdrawal from their account. Before cashout, the bonus amount of $75 will be removed from the players balance.
Free Chips – 60x wagering on slots only. If a player wagers on any other game the playthrough requirement increases to 80x. There is a general maximum cashout of $50 on free chip offers. A verification deposit of at least $25 is generally required to cashout free chip or free spin winnings.Verification deposits must be made in crypto only (BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB). Deposits by any other method will not be valid.
- Wagering on free spins is calculated as total win from free spins times wagering requirement. For example, if a player wins $10 on the free spins, they must wager $10 times 60 for a total of $600 in wagers.
Free Spins – 60x wagering on slots only. If player wagers on any other game the playthrough requirement increases to 80x. There is a general maximum cashout of $50 on free spin offers. A verification deposit of at least $25 may be required to cashout free spin winnings.A verification deposit of at least $25 is generally required to cashout free chip or free spin winnings.Verification deposits must be made in crypto only (BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB). Deposits by any other method will not be valid
In case a player exceeds the maximum cash out on a coupon, then these funds will be removed whether or not the withdrawal was processed. This excess money may not be used in combination with another promotional offer or as a way to build free comp points.

Players must activate the bonus by opting in during the specified promotional period.
Bonuses may require a minimum deposit or a specific bonus code to be entered during the deposit process.
Bonuses may have an expiration date, after which any remaining bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited. The expiration date will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.
While using bonus funds, players may be subject to maximum bet restrictions. The maximum bet amount will be specified in the bonus terms.
The maximum bet while wagering on no-deposit bonuses is $5. Bets over $5 will void winnings.
Bonuses, besides those offered publicly on the BigWinCity website, are for use by players referred by specific affiliates and partners of BigWinCity. Players can only redeem bonuses available to referrals of the affiliate they are tagged to. If a player somehow redeems a promotion reserved for another affiliate' players (through any reason including technical issues), any winnings from the prohibited bonus will be removed from the player’s account.
Some games may be excluded or have reduced contributions towards meeting the wagering requirements. These games will be listed in the bonus terms.
A bonus expires when the balance is $0 (or for practical purposes when the account's balance reaches 10 cents or less). At that point, you may request another new bonus and the terms will be reset.
Players may be required to fulfill certain criteria, such as completing the wagering requirements, before being eligible to make a withdrawal.
If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the bonus requirements, the remaining bonus amount and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Only one withdrawal request may be processed at the time; therefore, only the first withdrawal request will be processed, all other requests will be automatically canceled.
Withdrawals requested from a restricted or banned country will not be processed.
All cashouts requested by the player will go through a rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) check by our fraud prevention, security and compliance departments to get an approval which may take extended processing periods on the first withdrawal, subsequent requests will be processed relatively faster.
KYC checks for cryptocurrency deposits do not require submission of identity documents.
Deposit methods other than cryptocurrency will require submission of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents which will include proof of identification (driver’s license/passport), a selfie, recent utility bills to prove address, and other documentation. Documents must be in the English language and submitted via email at support@rbigwincity.ag
Once a withdrawal has been approved, it will normally take up to 72 hours for the funds to be remitted; once remitted on our side, we will not be held liable for bank/wallet processing times.
If a player deposits and doesn’t redeem a deposit bonus, player must wager 1 bet before withdrawing deposited funds. This may be frustrating to players, however, cash in and out of the casino without play can be perceived as money laundering. BigWinCity is committed to preventing money laundering at all times.
Non-depositing players are only allowed to play with one no-deposit bonus during the lifetime of his/her account. Receiving an email or seeing a promotion about a no-deposit bonus does not qualify a player to receive a bonus. Winnings will be voided if a Player redeems more than one no-deposit bonus.
There is no wagering requirement on verification deposits for free spin or free chip winning cashouts. · Pending cashouts for wins on no-deposit bonuses will be cancelled if verification deposit is not completed within 21 days of pending status.
If the Player has repeatedly made deposits to the Casino with the use of the Reload bonuses, and has not make deposits or bets without an active bonus in the interval between obtaining the Reload bonuses, the Casino has the right to treat this as an abuse, and can restrict or completely prohibit the Player to obtain Bonuses at the Casino at its discretion.
Any attempts to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account suspension.
The casino reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any fraudulent activities. · The casino reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
All promotions are recorded in eastern standard time (North America), UTC 5 hours. Please take this in to account when claiming your bonuses.
The casino's general terms and conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
In case of any disputes, the decision of the casino management will be final and binding.
